As far as I know E+ can also export FMUs (also cosim v2). If you do this you can use a different master in order to couple both FMUs.
One possibility here is our MasterSim (https://www.bauklimatik-dresden.de/downloads.php).

The parameter for air gaps in the Delphin material database are set by using the air gap table from the ISO 6946 standard. If you like you can use the table in order to calculate other thicknesses.
